I am a registered Clinical Counsellor with the privilege of providing short-term interventions for various issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment difficulties, and life transitions. I take pride in creating a safe, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive environment for self-exploration.
Therapy, to me, is a journey toward meaningful change. My approach involves collaborative work within a safe, empathetic space to encourage self-exploration and personal growth. Using a range of techniques, I aim to alleviate stress, guide through life transitions and challenges, and cultivate healthier, more fulfilling relationships. My ultimate objective is to cultivate a deeper understanding of life, nurture emotional resilience, and foster genuine connections with others.
